When Europe’s leading experts in hand hygiene convene, you know that the conversations will be innovative and defining, as well as clean.
The round table event, situated in the eminent Brussels Marriott Hotel on Wednesday 3rd March, is to coincide with the launch of the new ‘Take Control of Poor Hand Drying’ campaign by Kimberly-Clarke Professional. Key industry figureheads include Michelle Marshall, Editor of European Cleaning Journal, Keith Redway from the University of Westminster, and our very own Mike Burton, who will be representing Albany Hygiene Facilities.
As well as highlighting the developments of the recent European-wide campaign, the round table will be open to discussions on the merits of dryers versus hand towels and the more capacious commercial and social implications of hand hygiene.
In order to spread the awareness of the campaign and the importance of hand hygiene, particularly within the public domain, Michelle Marshall will be reporting on the day’s findings, which will then be featured in the April issue of the respected publication.
The gathering of such prominent people from across the industry is a rare but ideal opportunity for a positive message to reach businesses, agencies and relevant brands throughout countless European communities.
Albany is extremely proud and honored to be central to the event; not only reinforcing the campaign’s intentions; but the seriousness of commercial hand hygiene. Mike Burton will be flying the Albany flag, providing invaluable insight into hand hygiene, following the global swine flu pandemic.
We very much look forward to seeing if there’s a true victor between the Dyson Airblade and paper towels in the hand hygiene arena. We’ll let you know all the news, observations and conclusions on our return, so keep an eye on our blog for the imminent update.
